At Zamarmode, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to make your return process smooth and simple. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item meets all the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

The item has no stains, odors, or damage

The original tags, packaging, and accessories are included

The item is not on our list of non-returnable items
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Swimwear

Underwear

Accessories (earrings, beauty items, etc.)

Sale or clearance items

Digital products or gift cards
3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us via email:

Product(s) you want to return

Reason for the return

Clear photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and send the return instructions.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the wrong item was delivered or the item arrived damaged.

We do not provide prepaid return labels at this moment.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received:

A damaged item

An incorrect item

A missing product
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with clear photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on availability.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will receive an email notification

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Lost or Refused Deliveries
We are not responsible for:

Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Packages refused or returned to sender due to non-collection
If the package returns to us, we may deduct shipping and processing fees before issuing a refund.
