How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may still be able to change or cancel it.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location. On average:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: varies by destination

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €50.

📨 Tracking Your Order

How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you didn’t receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at info@zamarmode.nl.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Yes. Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

How do I request a return?
Email us at info@zamarmode.nl with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We’ll send you instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Are the product photos accurate?
Yes. All items are photographed to display true colors and details. However, slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings.

What if an item is out of stock?
